I wasn't able to do favorites and finished products for February 2018. This is a combination of the last two months.

March Favorites

The Body Shop Velvet Moisture Body Cream in Japanese Camellia Cream: I bought this during The Makeup Show LA 2017. The month of February I had to deal with sickness (bronchitis and sinus infection), as well as, adjusting to a new job (I had to wake up much earlier than I'm used to); my body didn't deal with the changes well. This came in handy hydrating my stressed out body.

Mario Badescu Facial Spray With Aloe, Cucumber and Green Tea: I bought this product. I'm a huge fan of facial sprays. I wish I could apply it more often throughout the day but with my busy schedule, it's hard too. It's refreshing, calming, and my skin feels great afterwards. Not only that, it makes products apply better if you spray beforehand.

Cardea Luxe Radiance Anti Aging Moisturizer: I received this product and glad I got to try this product out! It's light-weight and a whipped, gel-like consistency. Gel-like moisturizers are too light for my dry skin. They don't moisturize my skin except this particular moisturizer. It hydrates and not only that, the scent is light. A little goes a long way with this product.

Maple Holistics Opulence Luxury Eye Cream: I received this product and glad. It might be on the thicker side for some normal to oily skin individuals, but it's perfect for dry skin like myself. It's easy to pat and it hydrates the thin skin around the eyes. I also use it on the worry lines on my forehead and smile lines next to my mouth.

Too Faced Chocolate Gold Eye Shadow Palette: I bought this palette and have been using it non-stop since I started. The colors are up my alley. I tend to like warm tones like browns to gold. If you're into cool tones, this palette isn't for you. Not only that, most of the colors are shimmery except couple. The couple are mattes and great for transitioning and crease.

Finished Products
Garnier Skinactive Micellar Cleansing Water in Waterproof: I bought this product and love it. It's so easy to use and it removes everything. To be honest, I think it removes better than eye makeup removers. It's also gentler on the skin. I don't rub as much as I do with eye makeup removers. The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the opening. Whenever I squeeze onto my cotton pad, there are times it squirts in places other than where I need it.

Would purchase: Yes.

derma e Vitamin C Renewing Moisturizer: I received this product. This is a good day time moisturizer for normal to dry skin individuals. If you have oily skin, it might be too thick for you. Since I have dry skin, it's great. It's hydrating and it didn't irritate my skin.

Would repurchase: Yes.

derma e Vitamin C Intensive Night Cream: I received this product. It's a good moisturizer. It's hydrating and great for dry skin individuals like myself. If you have normal to oily skin, it might be too thick. For myself, it's great all year round and even during the dry winter weather. The scent I'm not too keen on but it's doable.

Would repurchase: Yes

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion: I received this sample. I always have a mix feeling with their moisturizers. They work for couple of days and then doesn't since I have dry skin. This moisturizer is a lot thicker than the ones I have tried in the past. It's hydrating and it calmed my dry skin.

Would repurchase: Yes.

L'Oreal UV Perfect [XL Block] Advanced Fluid Protector SPF 50:  I received this product from a friend from Asia. To be honest, it was several years ago. I'm sure it's not as active as back then but I wanted to finish all my sunscreens before purchasing new one. With that said, it was easy to use and it melted into my skin. It did not leave any white residue. Even though L'Oreal is an American brand, I prefer Asian sunscreens. They're much better and they don't carry active ingredients that I'm allergic to that is made in US.

Would repurchase: Yes.

bareMinerals Prime Time Foundation Primer: I received this product. I didn't like this product from the start but towards the end I thought it was okay. It's not the best primer in my definition. It didn't cover my pores on my nose and cheeks. Whenever I apply foundation on top, it didn't cover the pores. It covered only slightly which isn't what I was looking for. If you have perfect skin, then this might be a good one. For someone like me, it wasn't.

Would repurchase: No.

ScentBird Hand Cream in Yuzu & Ginger: I received this product. It's a great hand cream. It moisturizes and keeps it soft throughout the day. This is my second favorite scent from this brand. The first one is Cucumber & Lotus. You will not go wrong with any of the scents.

Would repurchase: Yes.

Nature Nut For Dry & Damaged Hair Conditioner: I received this product. It's a good conditioner. I recently got a perm several weeks ago and it damaged my ends. I've been using a mixture of hair mask and this conditioner, and it has made my hair manageable. I can run my fingers and comb through the ends, and it won't get stuck. That's an improvement compared to the next day after the perm.

Would repurchase: Yes.
